About Colleen Kavanaugh

Colleen Kavanaugh was raised in a small rural area on a farm in Nebraska and was taught to work hard at an early age with integrity. She knew she was destined for a sunnier outlook and moved to Florida as soon as she finished her degree. As a child, Colleen had aspirations of being a performer and motivational speaker. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Colleen acquired her Florida Real Estate license in 2006 when she left cruise ships to start a career as a Realtor in Orlando. She took a break from the real estate industry for a few years to pursue her speaking/training career but always kept up with the real estate market. Fast forward to today, Colleen has found her stride in educating homeowners about selling their homes and using her 15+ years of sales and marketing experience to help sellers get top dollar for their homes! She has additional certifications such as the RENE, (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SRS, (Seller Representative Specialist.) Colleen lives in Tampa, is a dog lover, enjoys dancing and outdoor activities in her free time. Colleen aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
